Welcome,
CLEMENT MENSAH DAMOAH
PHD CANDIDATE, ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
About Me
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration and Policy at Arizona State University, where I also serve as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center on Technology, Data, and Society. My research explores the intersection of disability and digital inequality, with an emphasis on how digital tools can empower underrepresented communities. My dissertation examines disparities in internet access, online engagement, and employment outcomes for people with disabilities, using nationally representative survey data spanning nearly a decade. Additionally, my work highlights how technology-driven solutions can support more equitable public policy and inclusive governance. I am passionate about using research to advance social and economic opportunities. Also, I have presented at MPSA, APPAM, and COPPR, and I have co-authored peer-reviewed publications on disability digital inequality, broadband policy, public policy, and public-private partnerships.
